About
Creativity isn't just what I do.
It's who I am.
From an early age I was always interested in arts and crafts. Spurred on by a high school teacher who told me “I’d never make it” as a designer as it’s “a male dominated industry”, I graduated from the University of Salford in 2003. Since then I’ve worked – doing the job I love – for freelance clients, studios and in-house agencies across the North West of England, Greater London and Surrey.
With a specialist interest in brand design, I have vast experience in writing and producing in-depth and clear brand guidelines and brand literature. My copywriting experience allows me offer a 360° service without the need for additional expenses for written content.
I’m a safe space, a lover not a hater, neuro-spicy and never boring. I’m reliable and resourceful, an active bystander and a passionate ally.
I’m meticulous and a thinker who is forever willing to learn. Always curious, I’m an open book, an opener of doors (literally), open armed and open hearted. I’m a crafter, a creator, a doer. I’m a smiler in a world that doesn’t always smile back.
I’m a Wigan Rugby League supporter, an understander (I think) of the offside rule in football, a crafter, crochet enthusiast, knitter, cook, stationery queen, lover of animals, and a fierce champion of the underdog.
